Aleesha Young has established herself as a leading female professional bodybuilder during the second half of the 2010s. Aleesha Young was born in the year 1984 in a sporting family. They also had siblings who played athletics, including hockey and ice skating. Aleesha has played many sports like basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha received her pro card in 2014 following her win at her first NPC USA Championships. Her first competition was in 2008. In 2014 she also competed at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro and finished 9th. In 2015, she remained in her 9th place. In the years 2015 and 2016, Aleesha was ranked sixth at her final IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha is steadily improving and in 2019 she took home her first ever pro award, in the Chicago Pro Championships. Bodybuilder Aleesha had the best show at WOS's Rising Phoenix, where she came 4th in the year 2020. But the "World's strongest mom" had to rest due to health issues.
